Traditional Genovese Ravioli                                     

                                                                             

Nonni's traditional recipe comes from the Italian region of Liquria known for its rugged terrain and spectacular vistas of the Mediterranean Sea.  We use all natural ingredients and hand knead the pasta for delicious ravioli that are fresh frozen for your convenience.  Each handmade ravioli is filled with beef, spinach, parmesan cheese and an array of fresh herbs for an authentic taste of the old country.  This ravioli is best paired with our Spicy Tomato or Genovese Meat Sauce.

Asparagus Leek Ravioli

     The Asparagus Leek Ravioli is like springtime on a plate! This ravioli is one of our seasonal items since the flavor of asparagus is especially fresh and light during the spring and summer months, the peak of the asparagus season. The Asparagus Leek Ravioli is best paired with the Pesto Basilico Sauce or Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce which can be found on the "Sauce" page.

Sweet Potato Ravioli 

 Our Sweet Potato Ravioli is an Italian favorite!  This sweet goodness is a late summer/fall delight and made with fresh sweet pototoes.  The Sweet Potato ravioli is best served with a Balsamic Butter Sauce which is listed on our "Sauce" page. 

 Spiced Apricot Pork Ravioli

  This ravioli has a very interesting spice pairing, cumin, cinnamon and a small amount of cloves, which give it a very unique flavor.  The Spiced Apricot Pork Ravioli is not only savory, but also has a hint of sweet.  As crowned our most unusual ravioli, it is also one of the most well-liked. It is especially tasty with the Browned Butter Sauce which can be found on the "Sauce" page.

Goat Cheese with Sun Dried Tomato Ravioli 

The Goat Cheese with Sun Dried Tomoto Ravioli is made with fresh goat and ricotta cheeses.  This ravioli not only has a savory flavor, but also a creamy, "comfort food" texture.  This ravioli is very versatile and can be paired with all of our sauces.
